Meetings of the Board


Meetings of the board are generally held the first Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m. No meeting of the Board will be scheduled in July unless a special need arises. Meetings are held at Ewing School.


All meetings of the Board will be open to the public. Individuals wishing to address the Board at their meetings should contact the Superintendent’s office at 740.373.3781 by 12:00 noon on the day preceding the Board meeting.

NOTICE:

The Washington County Board of Developmental Disabilities is taking applications for a board member vacancy. This is an uncompensated appointment. Applicants must be a resident of Washington County, Ohio, a citizen of the United States and have a professional background in business management, finance, law, health care practice, personnel administration or government service. Must have an interest and knowledgeable in the field of intellectual disabilities and other allied fields.  If you are interested in a Board Member position please contact Superintendent Brenda Riffe at 740-373-3781, ext 14.
