ADULT SERVICES

The Adult Services Program of the WCBDD offers a wide spectrum of services and opportunities to individuals.  Adult Services provides vocational opportunities including assistance with community employment through our Pathways division.  Also available are Supported Employment and Sheltered Workshop Employment at WASCO Inc.  Each of these divisions offers individuals the opportunity to receive training in work skills, assistance with finding a job and support to maintain employment.

Our staff are qualified specialists and maintain a quality of care which is unsurpassed by all others. The Board's professional staff is a highly dedicated and specially trained group of individuals representing many professionals. Staff must meet certification standards set by the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities and/or the Ohio Department of Education. Each professional must also meet specific standards in his/her own particular field.
